Everyone who is unemployed and has been turned down for a job that they were qualified for then, they need help, even if they don’t want to admit it.
The only people being turned down for cause are “job hoppers” “foreign applicants need sponsorships” “employment gaps over 1 year” “people who list eagle scout badge as an accomplishment” and “people who write that during their career break they traveled Europe and read some books” “ex-con felons”. These people need extra help to overcome these hurdle.
Its not bad to need help, but it is bad to need help and not go get it, to just complain on social media. Complaints on social media are very bad, as they last forever.
Plus everyone who is unemployed, needs to figure out what their hourly rate X 8 hrs, is to determine how much money it’s costing them to be unemployed.
So for me, I get paid $50hr x 8 hrs a day =$400 a day that I am losing, for everyday that I am unemployed.
So if I need to pay the # 1 Career Coach Liz Ryan $695 hour for help, its worth it if I get a job 1 week sooner from her advice.
Because 1 week unemployed is $2,000 lost and that I can never recover.
